With your upgrade you receive a:

New GEN III computer (in your choice of black or white)

CD containing the latest iBike firmware, iBike2 software and
installation and usage instructions.
NOTE: * Upgrading an
iBike Pro to an iAero requires a cadence mount, either wired or wireless
How The Upgrade Program Works
1)
Find out what Generation iBike you have.
Use the iBike2 ride analysis software to identify which generation
iBike that you own.
To determine which generation iBike Pro you own simply check the
serial number :
§
GEN I:
Power meters
will have a serial number in the format of xx xx xx 04 xx xx… (where x are
numbers).
§
GEN II:
Power meters will have a serial number in the format of xx xx xx 05 xx xx…
§
GEN III:
Power meters will have a serial number in the format of xx xx xx 06 xx xx…
2) Place
your
upgrade
order at the iBike Store.
3) After
ordering your upgrade, send us an email showing proof of your iBike’s serial
number.
Provide
proof of serial number by sending:
§
A screen shot from iBike2 that shows your serial number AND
§
Your serial number copy-pasted into your e-mail
Send proof of serial number to:
Upgrade@velocomp.com
4) We will
verify your serial number to make sure it is correct and has not previously
been used for an upgrade.
NOTE: All iBike serial numbers are unique. Only
one GEN III upgrade is permitted for each serial number.
5) After
verifying your serial number we will ship you your Gen III iBike.
6) GEN I
OWNERS: After receiving your GEN III unite, please return your GEN I iBike
